Who are we?
Niralooms (by Blue Lotus Ventures) is an upcoming clothing brand from Pune. We firmly believe in sustainable fashion practices and fair trade. Handcrafted from pure fabrics, such as cotton, silk, khadi, and tussar, our designs are an ode to minimalist sensibilities that are handmade in India but appeal to our global sensibilities.

Which fabrics do you work with?
Our products exclusively feature fabrics that are meticulously handwoven. Our assortment primarily comprises of cotton, khadi cotton, linen, khadi silk, tussar, matka, and mulberry silk.

How do we take care of our clothes?
We recommend that you dry clean all silk clothing. All handwoven clothing remain durable when you gentle wash by hand at home with mild detergent Also, remember to wash dark colored items separately from lightly colored ones. Please be cautious with dark-colored items, as they may bleed.

Do the colors in the actual products vary from the ones shown in the photographs?
We try to photograph products in a manner that represents their actual colors, but slight variations may arise due to individual screen configurations and light settings.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We provide payment options through Razorpay, enabling transactions via Debit Cards, Credit Cards, UPI, and Net Banking. Additionally, we also accept payments through Bank Transfer. Feel free to reach out to us for our bank account information.

Do you accept returns or cancellations?
We do not accept returns or cancellations. However, we do provide the option for exchanges. Please check our exchange policy for more details.
