Refund policy
An order placed can be cancelled only before the order has been dispatched. To cancel an order, please send us an email with your Order id on support@niralooms.com.
A refund for a cancelled order will be processed within 1-2 working days and the bank may take up to 7-8 working days to credit the amount to your account.
Once an order is delivered, you can exchange the product within 3 days of receiving the product. To exchange an order, please send us an email with your Order id and a reason for the exchange on support@niralooms.com. The product needs to be kept intact in its original packing form with tags. We will arrange a delivery person to come and pick up the product from your address within 2-3 working days of confirming the exchange/ return.
Currently, we do not accept any COD.
No cancellation or exchange will be applicable on discounted products or products under any special promotion/ sale.
Any product customized for you will not be applicable for exchange or cancellation. Sarees that have the blouse piece cut, tassels made and falls stitched by you, or dresses custom fitted to your size will not be exchanged. The shipping cost or any other expenses incurred to return the product will be borne by you.
For bookings made through social media, the payment needs to be made within 24 hours, after which we will release the product for sale. In case of any special request to hold the product beyond 24 hours, please contact us directly on our social media messenger or WhatsApp no. In such a case, an advance of 25% of the product value needs to be paid to hold the order, unless otherwise discussed.
